Job Title: Architect / Sr. Developer

Senior Architect Role
The right individual will be responsible for the definition and architecture of enterprise-class e-commerce applications and associated business processes.Senior Architects need creative problem solving skills, a thorough understanding of e-commerce concepts and design considerations needed to build supportable, extensible websites, experience with various integration strategies, and the ability to gather complex business requirements and translate them into comprehensive solutions.

WC Senior Architect required knowledge

Ability to Lead and Mentor a large cross-functional development team
WebSphere Commerce Command, Task andEJB architecture

Job Title: Developer

Employment Type:Fulltime
Experience Required: 1 year +
Developer Role: Experience developing thin and fat client Java 2.0 based applications on products such as WebSphere Application Server and Tomcat. Desired experience also includes installing, configuring and developing customized code for WebSphere Commerce server. This includes developing custom Commands Tasks, EJBs and JSPs. Perform the maintenance and modification of programs currently in production. Code new applications from predefined program specifications.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

Experience developing J2EE applications and EJBs.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with WSAD
Abilityto create Enterprise Java Beans, servlets and JSPs.
Strong knowledge of JSP development using JSTL
Can explain the Model / View / Controller framework
Familiaritywith some opensource frameworks like Strutsis a plus
Understanding of the day to day practice of source code control
